 Mark’s ‘Clothes That Work’ is looking for new Store Managers to join our team. The Store Manager (Store Operator) is the business leader for the store and responsible for operational excellence, including optimizing staff performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing revenues and delivering front line contribution.

In this role, you will:

  • Be hands-on with the various facets of the store operations
  • Apply your independent decision making skills and judgment
  • Oversee operational and financial success
  • Think strategically as well as execute and influence processes

Requirements for successful candidates:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience
  • People leadership and development skills 
  • Direct experience with recruiting, managing performance and team building
  • Ability to both adapt and implement change
  • Entrepreneurial spirited
  • Innovative-thinker
  • High stress tolerance
  • Team and company-oriented
  • Previous multi-function/multi-category retail experience is an asset or relevant operations/management experience.
