MindField Group is looking for French-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialists (Recruiters) to join our team. We are a Vancouver-based Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm that is re-inventing how retail organizations recruit talent by utilizing the latest technology, processes and leveraging social media. What you will be doing....
- Manage the candidate screening process and recruitment efforts for several of our clients through MindField’s best-of-breed recruitment process services
- Conduct telephone interviews with candidates from across Canada
- Assess candidate competencies and fit for vacancies with our clients
- Become an expert user of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Develop recruiting, relationship-building, selling and technology skills.
- Develop an understanding of our Client's operations, talent challenges, culture and ways of working
- Find great jobs for great quality people
Are you our next star?
If you have the following qualities we want to talk to you!
- Fluent in French and English – verbal and written
- Recruiting experience (1+ years is ideal)
- University Degree or 2 year Diploma
- Customer service mindset – your customers always leave happy!
- Comfortable spending most of your day on the phone
- Able to manage priorities and multitask
- Computer savvy and familiarity with social networking tools
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
