Interviewing Specialists - Project
MindField Group is looking for Interviewing Specialists to join our team for a one month project from September 10th until October 20th. The project will allow you to gain valuable experience and there may be opportunities for continued ongoing work as part of our Interviewing Specialists team.

What you will be doing....
- Conducting telephone interviews with candidates from across Canada
- Assessing candidate competencies and fit for vacancies for one of our largest clients
- Presenting candidates to our clients through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Developing recruiting, relationship-building, and technology skills
- Finding great recruitment opportunities for college graduates at one of Canada’s largest retailers
Are you our next star?
If you have the following qualities we want to talk to you!
- Customer service or Call Center experience (3 months or more)
- Strong communications skills • Able to manage priorities and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Computer savvy
- Comfortable spending most of your day on the phone over a one month project
- University Degree or 2 year Diploma is an asset
- Able to work full time from September 10th until October 20th anytime between the hours of 6am and 9pm, including weekends
