What you will be doing....
- Conducting telephone interviews with candidates from across Canada
- Assessing candidate competencies and fit for vacancies with our clients
- Presenting candidates to our clients through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Developing recruiting, relationship-building, selling and technology skills
- Finding great jobs for great quality people
Are you our next star?
If you have the following qualities we want to talk to you!
- Customer service or Call Center experience (1+ years)
- Strong communications skills
- Able to manage priorities and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Computer savvy and familiarity with social networking tools
- Comfortable spending most of your day on the phone
- University Degree or 2 year Diploma is an asset
- Bilingual – verbal and written communication skills in French is an asset
