What you will be doing....
- Matching job specifications with candidate profiles using MindField’s best-of-breed recruitment processes
- Becoming an expert user of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Direct sourcing candidates using a variety of recruitment methods
- Conducting telephone interviews with candidates from across Canada
- Assessing candidate competencies and fit for vacancies with our clients
- Presenting candidates to our clients through our ATS and other recruitment tools
- Develop recruiting, relationship-building, selling and technology skills
- Find great jobs for great quality people
Are you our next star?
If you have the following qualities we want to talk to you!
- Recruiting and/or applicant database sourcing experience (1+ years is ideal)
- University Degree or 2 year Diploma
- Customer service mindset – your customers always leave happy!
- Comfortable spending most of your day on the phone
- Computer savvy and familiarity with social networking tools
- Able to manage priorities and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Bilingual – verbal and written communication skills in French is an asset
