Leadership Skills
- A strong ability to maximize sales through strong merchandising and inventory management
- Experience mentoring staff in developing goals, creating meaningful work experiences, monitoring performance, and providing honest, constructive feedback
- A dedication to partner with store management to organize and oversee all store operations
- An ability to maintain focus on short-term targets while working on ‘big picture’ goals
- A minimum of 2 years previous supervisory experience
Customer Service
- An aptitude to quickly read customers’ needs and respond appropriately to effectively close sales
