  • Experience effectively leading teams of 8 or more people   
       
  • A strong ability to maximize sales through strong merchandising and inventory management

        
  • Experience mentoring staff in developing goals, creating meaningful work experiences, monitoring performance, and providing honest, constructive feedback

        

 

Demonstrated industry and product passion

  • A genuine passion for shoes and fashion

       
  • Up-to-date knowledge on current fashion trends
  • An interest to be creatively involved in building brand awareness through marketing initiatives

 

Planning and coordination and the ability to adapt to change

  • A dedication to partner with head executives to organize and oversee all store operations
  • A skilled ability to translate strategies, objectives, and assignments into plans with clear priorities and targets
