             *Experience effectively leading teams of 8 or more people   
       

             *A strong ability to maximize sales through strong merchandising and inventory management

        

             *Experience mentoring staff in developing goals, creating meaningful work experiences, monitoring performance, and providing honest, constructive feedback

        

• Demonstrated industry and product passion

             *A genuine passion for shoes and fashion

       

             *Up-to-date knowledge on current fashion trends

             *An interest to be creatively involved in building brand awareness through marketing initiatives

•  Planning and coordination and the ability to adapt to change

             *A dedication to partner with head executives to organize and oversee all store operations

             *A skilled ability to translate strategies, objectives, and assignments into plans with clear priorities and targets
